Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £35 (arrives within 2-3 working days). We also offer a premium delivery service for £4.99 (please see the next question to learn more)

How much will I be charged for delivery?

UNITED KINGDOM

Free Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) on all orders over £35
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) £2.99 on orders under £35

Next Working Day Delivery £4.99 - Orders must be placed by 2 PM (Monday - Friday) in order to qualify. Your order will then be delivered Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered the next working day (Monday). Please note a signature is required upon delivery for this service.

Standard Delivery (5-10 working days) £4.99 on orders under £35

How long will it take to receive my order?

Next Working Day Delivery (Delivered by DPD)

  • Orders must be placed by 3 PM (Monday - Friday) in order to qualify. Your order will then be delivered Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3 PM on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered the next working day (Monday). 

Standard Delivery (Delivered by Royal Mail)

  • UK - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 2-3 working days
  • IRE/EUR - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 3-5 working days
  • USA and Rest of World - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 7-14 working days. 

Can I track my order?

This will depend on the delivery method chosen. If a tracked delivery option is chosen tracking will be provided by our delivery partner on despatch via email/SMS.

What do I do if I miss my delivery?

Royal Mail: If no one is available to sign for the Royal Mail delivery, they will leave a calling card to let you know delivery was attempted detailing instructions on how to arrange collection of the package, usually from a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection of the goods.

Courier: The courier will either leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or they will email/text you to advise delivery was unsuccessful and to advise on the next steps they will take and your options for redelivery.

Non-UK delivery: This will depend on your local delivery service. Our delivery partner will notify you of an unsuccessful delivery and advise you on your options for redelivery or collection of your parcel.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to arrange collection from our warehouse.

Will I be charged VAT and import duties for overseas order?

UK – Orders delivered within the UK will have VAT applied at the current rate.

EU – For orders under €150, VAT is included at checkout, so there won’t be any surprise VAT charges when your order arrives.

Rest of World – For deliveries outside the UK and EU, please be aware that you may need to pay import, customs, or tax charges as required by your country’s customs.

What do I do if my delivery does not arrive?

If your delivery has not arrived within the following timescales please Contact Us with your order reference number:

Express UK Delivery: Please allow a full working day from the date of despatch for mainland UK deliveries and two full working days for other locations.

Standard/Free UK delivery: Please allow 10 working days from the date of despatch.

RoW delivery: Please allow 20 working days from the date of despatch.

My delivery is damaged - what should I do?

Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged package; retain the packaging, take photographs of the damage if possible andContact Us as soon as possible so we can assist further.
